Nortas is the P&I Correspondent for Assuranceforeningen Gard, the Norwegian P&I Club, rated as one of the largest P&I Clubs in the world. Nortas also acts as Claims Handling Agent for Gard Services of Norway who have coverage on a majority of the entire Hull & Machinery Insurance market underwritten from Norway.
Depending on specialised requirements and expertise, all work obtained by Nortas which requires the attendance of a marine surveyor is outsourced to a suitably qualified and experienced survey organisation to satisfy the full requirements of both Nortas and their clients.
